What to Do:
- Log-in by using the user name and password provided to you.
- Once you have logged in, you will be returned to the home page of this site.
- Scroll down a bit and under the ASHI logo at the left side of the page, you will see that the 'Registered User Menu' is now available.
- Click on 'Inspection Report' and open the private page created for you.
- To download your report, you will then simply click on the appropriate link to access your report!
